Refund / Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for flights booked through Sky Trips Book. The airline that issues your ticket ultimately controls whether a fare is refundable.

Within 24 hours of booking

Many airlines allow cancellation within 24 hours of booking for a full refund when the booking is made at least 7 days before departure, as required by U.S. Department of Transportation rules for flights to, from, or within the United States. Call us right away at (855) 220-8250 if you wish to cancel within this window.

Refundable vs. non-refundable fares

• Refundable tickets: eligible for a refund minus any airline and processing fees.
• Non-refundable tickets: generally not eligible for a cash refund, but may qualify for airline credit toward future travel.
• Unpublished/consolidator fares: follow the fare rules of the issuing airline and may be strictly non-refundable.

How to request a cancellation or refund

• Call us at (855) 220-8250 as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a refund if the airline's deadline passes.
• Provide your booking reference and passenger details.
• We will submit the cancellation to the airline and confirm the refund amount or credit you are entitled to.

Processing time and fees

• Airline refunds typically take 7–14 business days to appear on your statement; some may take longer.
• Sky Trips Book charges a service fee for processing cancellations and refunds, which is non-refundable.
• Airline-imposed cancellation fees, where applicable, are deducted from any refund.

Changes to bookings

Date changes, name corrections, and route changes are subject to the airline's fare rules and may incur change fees and fare differences. Call us and we will confirm the cost before making any change.
