These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the flight booking services provided by Sky Trips Book ("we," "us," or "our"). By calling us or booking through us, you agree to these Terms.

Our role

Sky Trips Book is an independent travel agency that acts as an agent in booking flights on your behalf. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline. Tickets are issued by the airlines, and the airlines' own terms and conditions govern your travel.

Fares and pricing

• All fares are subject to availability and may change until a ticket is issued.
• Quoted fares may exclude airline and government taxes and fees, which are itemized before payment.
• Unpublished or consolidator fares carry their own airline-imposed rules.
• We do not guarantee that any quoted fare will be available after the call ends.

Booking and payment

By authorizing payment over the phone, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the passenger and billing details you provide are accurate. Incorrect details may result in airline change fees or the inability to travel.

Airline rules

Each ticket is governed by the issuing airline's fare rules, including rules on changes, cancellations, baggage, and refunds. These rules may restrict or prohibit refunds and changes regardless of our policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Trips Book is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, lost baggage, denied boarding, or any act or omission of an airline or third party. Our liability is limited to the service fee we charge, if any.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version displayed on this page applies to new bookings made after the updated date.
